• UX Vert holds the copyright to all learning materials provided.

3. Certification & Completion

• Certificates will be awarded upon successful completion of the course.

• Active participation and project submissions are required to qualify for certification.

4. Code of Conduct

• Respectful behavior is expected from all students in live sessions and discussions.

• Any misconduct, including plagiarism or disruptive behavior, may lead to course termination without a refund.

5. Privacy Policy

• We collect and store student information for course management and communication.

• We do not share personal data with third parties without consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

• UX Vert is not responsible for any job placements or career outcomes after course completion.

• We do not guarantee employment but provide career guidance and portfolio-building support.

7. Modifications & Updates

• We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after updates means acceptance of the new terms.
